We begin by reviewing the customer's product requirements, specifications, materials, and order details to understand the project scope and manufacturing needs.

For OEM projects, providing an actual product sample is preferred as it can help facilitate product evaluation and specification confirmation. However, an actual sample is not absolutely necessary. When detailed product information is available, Global Sports can also develop a counter sample based on product photos or design drawings provided by the customer.

Based on the confirmed requirements, we align the product specifications and production details before proceeding with sample making, then subsequent manufacturing.

Product begins with material cutting and sewing. Our production lines are supported by experienced QC personnel to monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Components are assembled into finished products through a controlled production process. Quality checks are conducted throughout each stage of production.

Before shipment, products undergo the required quality inspections and testing, including durability, color, zipper strength, abrasion, and corrosion resistance tests.

After completing the final inspection, products are packaged and prepared for shipment.
